The Education Review Office (ERO) is the New Zealand government department that assesses and reports on the education and care of children in early childhood services and schools.

"Children are given opportunities to develop knowledge and understanding of the cultural heritage of both parties to Te Tiriti and Waitangi.

The service philosophy valued learning outcomes and localised curriculum reflect Maori values. Cultural celebrations are a strong feature of the centre programme. Children's home languages and cultural identities are valued by staff who actively seek ways to maintain these connections!"
